The works in the Statistics Series are based on statistics collected by marine biologists on the increase and decrease of new eelgrass shoots/ year. The information was collected close to the island of Fårö between 2003 and 2020. The same statistical numbers have been used as the basis for both works. In the rug, one node represents 10 new shoots of eelgrass. In a sound work, the durations of the sound sequences are dimensioned in relation to the statistical figures of different years.
